Backstory #3: You were my source of strength.... [23 Mar 2008|12:08am]
Tonight I am so alone,
this sorrow takes a hold
don't leave me its so cold.. (never want to be so cold...)

Your touch used to be so kind
your touch used to give me life
i waited all this time
I wasted so much time...

She didnt know what she was going to do. Literally, she wasnt sure where she was really going when she got in the car. She felt shaken. Visibly and spiritually shaken from the episode that happened between her and Jackson, her supposed stepfather. Her cheek still stung with the impact of his hand across her face, and her eye was starting to swell up a little more from the punch she attained.

All of this, was from her standing up for herself against him. She gained a moment of clarity and strength, and the asshole found his way to snatch it from under her.

Falling inside the black
slipping through the cracks
falling to the depths can i ever go back?
Falling inside - Falling inside the black.

She felt so shaken. So visibly shaken it wasnt even funny. She had lost her contact with hannah and debbie because they were off doing something that needed to be done, and things were okay, but not strong with Elijah. But what would they know about the mere fact that her mothers new husband. It wasnt like he was taking it out on her, it was always her getting the brunt of it. All because she was the one beautiful one who should support them all, and he not have to do a goddamned thing about it.

And when she stood up to him about that, he knocked her sensless. Not only physically, but the words he spoke -- the foul nasty things just seemed to rip through her body and mind. There werent many times she felt this worthless.. this... useless.

She didnt know where to go. She was just driving wherever. Or no where. She wasnt sure. Her eyes were all blurry from crying before she finally pulled over to the side, and parked the car. She was probably doing the right thing, because she otherwise would have gotten into an accident, and caused worse issues for it.

you were my source of strength
i traded everything i loved for this one thing
(Stranded in the offering)
dont leave me here like this
cant hear me scream from the abyss
and now i wish for you, my desire....

She looked out the side of her window of the vehicle just as the rain started pounding outside as she realized where she had driven to. She was outside of Orlando's house. She thought about it. My Desire.... Was she inwardly wanting to be near the only person in the world who made her feel like she was worth something in this world, and not just a piece of meat on the catwalk or someone who was put on this earth for making their lives something easier?

She got out of the car as she stood there, the cool rain was drenching her skin as she walked forward, stumbling a little as she had. She stopped just outside of the walkway to his private flat before she froze.

Why would he want to see her this way? She looked disgusting. She didnt want to see him see her hurting like this. She was always good at keeping things under control. But.... but part of her just yearned for the fact of wanting to see him. Of feeling his arms catch her as she fell into the arms of the only person who ever seemed to care deeply for her.

But he wouldnt be there, he wouldnt be around at all, he was probably in london... right?

And now i wish for you my desire.....

No sooner did she get ready to turn around, the door flew open at the front, and the disheveled form of the one she was thinking of -- of praying of, was there. He looked as if he was shocked, but not shocked to see her. Had her mother called him? Perhaps... or was he just going on a gut instinct?

She felt her eyes start to tear up as she stumbled a few steps forward, before she froze. Did she want him to see her this way? Part of her didnt, but it was if her heart was guiding her feet as she felt her physical strength give way and begin to fall forward. And somehow, as if through a burst of strength, she felt the strong arms wrap around her as he dropped with her so she wouldnt get hurt, holding her with a tightness. She felt a ringing in her ears, and almost felt something hit her lips. Was it the rain?

No... it had a saltiness to it.

Tears. They had to be his tears. Was he crying for her?

She weakly gripped his arm wrapped so tightly, so securely around her shaken waist, as she whispered in their own private language a simple phrase that she trembled from her quivering lips.

"please..don't let me go...."

Backstory #2 -- A first picture of love that no one would guess [12 Mar 2008|08:58pm]
She looked at herself in the mirror, unbelievable that she was looking and dressed in such a Amazing, beautiful and incredible costume for the movie. granted, she only had a mild part as a lothlorien elf in the movie, but she couldnt believe how lucky she was to have even a part, not to mention a part as someone close to Galadriel.

Cate looked at her from the side with a warm smile on her features. "My dear, you look absolutely exquisite." she praised her as she stepped behind her as she placed a gentle but elegant tiara on top of her head.

She blushed as she played with a few strands of her hair. "I feel like... i'm living out a fairy tale. I mean.." She blushed as she softly looked down, "I mean, it has been a dream of mine to work along side of you ma'am..."

She felt Cate put her hands on her shoulders, to silence her softly, as she spoke up with the elvish tongue, that she herself practiced long before peter gave her a part in the movie, "There is no need..for i am honored to have you play this part...yende."

Elise felt her heart stop as she took in a silent yet sharp intake of breath. Had Lady Cate called her her daughter? Had she heard right? Yes....she had to have. Ever since things had been so rough at home, and her mother was not currently acting as such, she didnt have any sort of figure to look to, other then Debbie. She felt a few glistening tears of admiration and content glisten in the corners of her eyes, before she whispered back as well, "Thank you for everything you are doing for me now....naneth."

Cate smiled warmly but gently, as a mother would to her own child. Hearing the rustle behind them, she turned to see Orlando standing there, clad within his legolas outfit, and smiled. "Ah darling...come to see our new kin?" she asked before she turned to the side, allowing him to see Elise in her full costume.

Elise turned and smiled, bowing her head as she curtsied a little, and speaking in elvish, she spoke one phrase, "An honor, my prince."

BackFlash #1: POTC - the last night away from me [19 Jan 2008|02:13pm]
It was a gorgeous night in the Bahamas, even despite the rainfall that was pounding on her window of her hotel room. The rain didnt even really phase her, because she loved a warm rain. The rain always seemed to be something that washed away anything that she felt was negative in the earth, and give it a fresh clean outlook and start.

She couldnt get over how beautiful the islands really were until she got to come down and spend time with Orlando and the gang while they were shooting down that way. She got to watch from behind the scenes, taking notes from Gore Verbinski and the others, girl-chatting with Kiera, and of course being moral support for Orlando. He really seemed to be more uplifted while she was there. Even Kiera mentioned something to her about it after he got her down there after the phone call that got her on the plane when she asked him if she could come there -- because Jack.... had been getting a little too brutal.

She had her Itunes from her laptop computer randomly playing music from it, and it happened to be on one of her favorite bands as she curled up on the bed, her face buried in her drawn up knees after just hearing a rather....nasty voice mail message on her cell phone from her stepfather. He spent the entire five minutes doing nothing but berate and put down her in every way shape and form. She couldnt help but look up in a little bit of a way as she heard the lyrics coming over her laptop in the corner:

You were my source of strength
I've traded everything
That I love for this one thing
(Stranded in the offering)

Don't leave me here like this
Can't hear me scream from the abyss
And now i wish for you my desire....

Her mind drifted for a long moment when the words came across her ears. Her desire. What was her desire? What was she wishing for at that particular moment? She wasnt even sure anymore what was really her inner desire, but an unconcious need -- a wish went through her heart. She wasnt even sure what she was thinking of... but then it all hit her.

Who was she kidding herself with? The only person who ever was there for her from the moment they met.... was orlando. Somehow deep down, she's always deeply loved and cared for him -- but she figured what would he ever see in her in a romantic way? They were just really close friends. There was no way anything could happen with them -- could it? Probably not....

At that moment, she looked up to the soft rapping at her veranda door. This noise made her jerk her head up quickly, only to see a familiar figure standing out in the other side of the glass, staring at her as he pointed at the door as if to ask if he could come in. She wasnt even really sure why he was outside asking to come in that way -- all he had to do was come through the hallway, their rooms were adjoining.

This is the last night you'll spend alone
Look me in the eyes so I know you know
I'm everywhere you want me to be
The last night you'll spend alone
I'll wrap you in my arms and I won't let go
I'm everything you need me to be........

Grabbing a towel, she went over to the door and clicked it open, not even paying any attention to the music off of the computer as she stepped back, allowing him entry into her hotel room as she tried to wipe away any visible tears in her eyes, her mind more focused on concern for him. "You all right hon....?" she asked him quietly as she reached her arms up to put the towel around his shoulders, using the edges of it to dry his face off that was drenched from standing outside in the rain.

She got no response of out him, he just stared at her, as if he was staring into her soul through the passage of her eyes. As if he was reaching into her soul to find an answer to something she was not saying. She stopped for a moment again, before she asked him again, this time in the faux language they spoke to each other when they wanted to speak in a "Code" to each other. "My Prince... are you all right? Did anything happen to you...? couldnt you sleep...?"

The night is so long when everything's wrong
If you give me your hand
I will help you hold on
Tonight, tonight

This is the last night you'll spend alone
Look me in the eyes so I know you know
I'm everywhere you want me to be
The last night you'll spend alone
I'll wrap you in my arms and I won't let go
I'm everything you need me to be.....
Last night....away from me......

She still got no response for a long moment, but felt his hand slowly reach up to hold her hand against his cheek as it had reached up to touch it in worry, before she only got the simple response from him, speaking in a quiet and hushed voice.

"I felt you calling.....so here I am."

She froze for a moment when she heard his words fall from his lips. She felt her breath hitch in her throat as a few more silent tears slipped out of the corners of them as she felt him move his own free hand, reaching to cup her cheek before he moved backwards, guiding her out into the veranda as the rain continued to fall, soaking deep into their skin and clothes as she watched him look at her before his hand reached up to caress her jawline softly.

She closed her eyes, the tear slipping down her face as she leaned her cheek into his hand before holding his hand there instead. Part of her had always wondered.....and she was worried that if she spoke up to the inner desire aching at her mind, she'd loose him forever. And that part, she could not bear to think about. Loosing Orlando to her in her life, would be like loosing her will to live. This boy, had been her saving grace ever since she met him.

But she didnt want to even think of that. Not at this precent moment. For right now, they were drawing on each other for support and warmth.... and that, plus the feeling of the purity of the rain that fell around them, was enough for her.
